    THis is in the original manufacturer's packaging, The fabric of the puff sleeve leotard is a velvet spandex. The skirt is a  2 layer ruffled organdy tutu with black ribbon trim. The rosette trim on the neckline and waist is attached. The white rose headpiece is included. This costume retailed for and now has the little issue of the color transfer but if you are a master laundress,perhaps you can get it out, I have not tried. the manufacturer is Wolff Fording so you know it is the finest of workmanship.
