    Description

    Joseph Heinrichs was one of the finest cookware makers in the United States from 1897 to the mid 1930s. He sold highest quality cookware through well recognized retailers, such as Tiffany, and directly to highly regarded hotels and restaurants. Like this sauce pan, he sometimes stamped the name of the hotel or restaurant into the item. This is a polished deep sauce pan made completely of nickel. It is  a very nice size - 10” diameter, without handle; 20” diameter, with handle; 6 3/4” high; and is heavy, weighing 9 pounds. On one side of the handle is: JOS. HEINRICHS NEW YORK PURE NICKEL and on the other side is: CLUB ROYAL (see photos). It has  scratches and use marks that are typical for antique cookware. This is a super sauce pan.
